In Mountainous Banat there is a moderate temperate-continental climate with Sub –  Mediterranean accents and there are areas with strong negative ionization. The best time to  visit Mountainous Banat is in spring, in April and May. The natural attractions are also wonderful in autumn, in the months of September and October.           
The summer season for mountain rest is from June to September.       
The winter ski season lasts from mid-November to mid-April. There is no season of festivals. Most take place in spring and autumn, but some are in summer or in winter.
